Use of this website

Services and proposals

The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback and approvals, and for ensuring they hold the rights to materials supplied to us such as logos, images and text.

Payments

Payments are due according to the milestones in the proposal. Delayed payments may pause work on the project. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

We take great care in our work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Third-party services

Hosting, domains, payment gateways and other third-party services are subject to their providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
